Thermal/CFD

We have the capability to tackle extremely complex thermal problems on their own or in combination with fluid dynamics due to the flexibility and diversity of our well experienced and knowledgeable team.

Although we use cutting edge software such as Ansys CFX/Fluent, we return to Basic principles when it is required.

Mechanical/FEA

Depending on whether the load is static, non-static, linear or non-linear we apply different design tools, from internationally recognized design codes for static loads to the full CFD/FEA and Fatigue analysis for complex structures with cyclic loadings. Generally, cyclic loadings include but are not limited to pressure, temperature, vibration and shock.

Process optimization

Our process engineers support our clients to optimise their processes, perform full heat integration reducing heat losses, process de bottle necking resulting in an improved process yield.

Electrical and Instruments

We deliver Electrical and Instrumentation services from a Basic Engineering Package, through to Detailed design, support during Procurement, Installation and Commissioning.

Piping

For our clients we provide piping layout, size piping supports and perform mechanical calculations to define the minimum thicknesses required. If piping is in the creep region we apply a full FEA and Fatigue analysis to calculate maximum number of cycles.

Rotary equipment

Regarding pumps and compressors we produce a Basic Engineering Package through to Equipment Datasheets, selection of equipment, and providing support during Procurement, Installation and Commissioning.
